*LESSONS*
Management is primary to Christianity as far as fulfilling the purpose of God on this earth is concerned. The above text was a parable that exposed the way God trusts men with his wealth.
One is the principle of testing faithful management before trusting with wealth which the steward in this text was found guilty of.
A manager focuses on achieving the set goal with available resources. Adam was given the role of managing the earth (Gen 2:15).The last Adam came to demonstrate how grace has restored man to this level of capacity by feeding thousands with few loaves of bread (John 6:.9-12). Doing great things with few resources is a great management capacity. Jesus Christ has given you power to make the best with what seems small. When grace comes into your life, little five loaves and two fishes, you should see it feeding the whole earth!This way,your mind is open as a manager.
What are the steps in developing a manager mindset that will make us trustable with kingdom wealth?
1.Have a kingdom vision:This is to spread Christ through you. Basic but vital(Mt 28:18-20).If this is not your primary goal for your wealth,you are not a Christian in vision ,you may be by title.
2.Know the resources: The greatest is the abilities you have. Your natural abilities becomes recreated in new creation too. Your mind is free from lust and greed because the Spirit works in you. Also,the endowment of the Spirit makes you productive. See all these treasures within as the resources to solve problems thereby bringing glory to God. Solving problems brings wealth.
3.Confront problems by thinking solutions: Challenges are keys that unlock the treasures within,embrace them.
4.Love God and love people
5.Plan
6.Understand physical laws of money:
Earn,save,invest and spend.
7.Have a positive mind towards wealth.
8.Operate supernaturally by commanding the treasures of the earth to open to you.
9.Give.
10.Let Holy Spirit owns all you because you are a steward, he is the owner. Let him lead.
