*TOPIC: CONSECRATION AND GRACE*
*TEXT: 1 Cor 6:19-20*
_Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body._
*LESSONS*
Consecration is to be totally set apart for a specific purpose. It is separation with dedication. Being separated from the common without being dedicated to an uncommon but revealed divine course is wastage. Though believers are separated from the common, we are committed to a divine course which must be revealed to you. A believer is a visionary who alone runs at the heavenly command. We are focused and have escaped the distraction that comes by the attraction of the lusts of this world. Those who run by the dictate of the lusts of the eyes, flesh and pride of life will never know the peace that is in following the Lord. This is the main meaning of being worldly! Deliverance from sin will be a constant cry because he cannot deny the weakness that comes as a consequence thereof. But strength comes with consecration, peace and utmost focus.
Beloved, consecration is directly linked with the manifestation of grace. God is still looking for vessels he will reveal his agenda through (2 Tim 2:20).
What must we be consecrated to:
1. Divine communion
2. Study of the word
3. Knowing and following his will both generally and specific instructions for you.
4. Divine assignment especially soul winning.
I pray that as you move on in this race , you will know more of his grace.
*PRAYER ALERT*
Thank you for separating and dedicating me for your purpose. Lord, I walk in the ordained grace for your glory to be seen in me as I run this course in the name of Jesus(2 Tim 2:20)
