TOPIC: SECURED IN GRACE

TEXT: Psalms 16:5
“The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.”

LESSONS
Grace works uniquely in people. The grace on Peter differed from Paul’s. No envy but partners in grace. You only see the works of grace in others to know the same grace is at work in you. An hymnal says: “When you look at others with their lands and gold, think that Christ has promised you his wealth untold…count your many blessings.” The testimony of others could seriously weigh some down if they cease to look unto Jesus the author and finisher of their faith.
Hebrews 12:2 “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
One major sign of insecurity is not being able to share a good opportunity either a job or scholarship or vital information with another fellow that may need it.
Everyone have their own sphere in Christ; no one can swap into yours on the basis of he being higher than you in grace. Faithfulness, not might, is what is needed to keep our sphere and relevance in Christ. Relax, the father is not biased. He has apportioned for all his children rightly according to his providence. You are not exempted or forgotten. Remember, all birds lay eggs but they hatch at different times. Rest in your security in grace. He would perform all that has been appointed for you in this life and beyond. He will not fail one. Rest, cease striving with others. Good things aren’t finished with God and can never be. Be secured.

Psalms 16:6 The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage

LESSON

Thank you Lord that all that concrerns is secured in the full sphere of your Grace. Amen
