“He told the elders, “Stay here and wait for us until we come back; if there are any problems while I am gone, consult with Aaron and Hur.”

LESSONS

Sometimes, what God gives a man preoccupy and hinder his growth if care is not taken. We must trust Him to take care of what He has given to us, even His work. Else ,the current level may be the limit we set for ourselves.

Those who cling will not climb. Simple trust in God will help us to delegate assignment and respond to higher call when He calls. Jesus went with the three disciples to Gethsemane where He received inner strength in place of prayer to do the father’s will (Matthew 26:36-29) while trusting the rest into the Father’s hand. Most time Jesus spent all night to pray.These are times He spent in communion, fellowship. That is why He was so filled with virtue that touching His garment performs miracles.

Jesus is an example of life that we ought to live in the flesh here on the earth.

Praying for edification is very important if the axe head will be sharpened by the Lord for effectiveness in service(Ecc 10:10).

Praying with the spirit releases inner strength into our inner man (Eph 3:16).

We must not be hooked by the superficial service at the kings table(2 Chronicle 18) and neglect our communion with God. Some are too preoccupied with daily chores than to hear the quickening in their spirit .Our attention is the major key here. If we will not be speaking words of encouragement when we need to speak word of power, fighting with the physical weapon when we need to stand in our spiritual authority,becoming an orator instead of being an oracle,guessing instead of been guided,jittering insteading of standing firm on the the truth,then effective communion cannot be left behind.

Lord I thank you because you are the one in charge of this life that I live in you(Phil 4:6,7).
I receive grace for effective communion in the name of Jesus!
